Purpose

* To educate the youth about systemic racism, and    teach them techniques to be anti racism
* To educate the youth about the history and the       impact racism has on the youth and children today
* To provide different resources to the   communities  and schools that can be used to     teach the youth
* To teach the youth coping skills that will help   them  overcome any race discrimination they may   experience

Outcomes

* The youth will be able to analyze and evaluate the impact of racism in families, social work, communities and justice systems
* The youth will be able to advocate for their rights while still being anti oppressive and being aware of cultural diversity 
* The youth will be able to apply communication, teamwork and organizational skills within their team and communities
* The CYC using this toolkit will be able to plan, implement and evaluate therapeutic activities, programming and group work to promote resiliency and enhance development in children and youth and their families
