- Minorities have less opportunities to succeed and are discriminated against
- Minorities are judged far more often and harshly than Caucasians
- Minorities often have to live in poverty-stricken areas where crime rates are high which often results in a dangerous lifestyle
- Young BIPOC believe that society has given up on them which creates a toxic environment where success is far from their reality
- Systemic racism such as redlining and segregation which means that BIPOC individuals/groups would be put in a financial deficit and allowed white owned business to deny serving BIPOC individuals/groups. It was also applied to school, hospitals, the military and various public and private services.
